11aq Terms and Conditions — User Rules and Rights

1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any service provided by the 11aq, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the 11aq. They apply to all activities carried out on the platform — Sports Betting, casino games, participation in promotions, use of live chat, and any other available feature.

The 11aq reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When this occurs, registered users will be notified by email and the new version will be published with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after new terms are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

2Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on 11aq and use all platform services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age. Betting and casino games are strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. The 11aq carries out identity verification and reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time.
• Be a resident of Brazil or have legal access to the platform in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration — including your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number.
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion lists for gambling in Brazil or in any voluntary exclusion program to which 11aq is a signatory.
• Not being an employee, shareholder, partner, or first-degree relative of any 11aq.

Each user may hold only an account on 11aq. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses or circumvent any restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses.

3Your 11aq Account

After registration, you will be granted access to a personal, non-transferable account on the 11aq. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential and for all activity carried out on your account.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account dashboard. This extra layer of security prevents unauthorized access to your account even if someone obtains your password. The 11aq is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the user's negligence in protecting their credentials.

To access all platform features — especially withdrawals — you must complete identity verification (KYC). The process is simple and quick: just upload a photo of your ID (RG or CNH) and a selfie through your account dashboard. Verification is completed within 24 hours and does not need to be repeated for future withdrawals.

The 11aq reserves the right to suspend or close any account showing suspicious activity, including the use of automation, multiple accounts on the same device or IP address, or any behavior that indicates a violation of these terms.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The 11aq accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Pix, boleto bancário, Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers through Brazil's major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. Pix deposits are credited in under 1 minute. Bank slips (boleto bancário) may take up to 1 business day to clear. Credit and debit card deposits are processed instantly. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transactions above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional verification as required by Brazilian regulations.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The withdrawal method must match the one used for the deposit — a requirement imposed by financial systems to prevent money laundering. Withdrawals via Pix to verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes, every day of the week including holidays. Withdrawals through other methods may take up to 3 business days.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first be converted into real balance through the wagering requirements specified in each promotion's rules.
• The 11aq may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or in situations that suggest the need to verify the source of funds.
• Withdrawal attempts to third-party accounts will be automatically blocked. All withdrawals must be made to an account in your own name and CPF.

5Bonuses & Promotions

The 11aq offers promotions and bonuses for both new and existing users. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including rollover requirements, expiration dates, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal amounts — all of which are clearly communicated at the time of the offer.

Welcome Bonus: available to new users on their first deposit. The bonus carries a minimum rollover requirement before it can be withdrawn, calculated on the bonus amount. The exact conditions are described on the Welcome Bonus.

The 11aq reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of abuse, such as creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, betting on both sides of an event to meet rollover requirements, or any other strategy that undermines the promotional intent. Detection of these practices results in immediate bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

6Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at 11aq cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international leagues), volleyball (Superliga Feminina e Masculina, Liga das Nações), basketball NBB, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. Each sport has specific rules that determine how bet outcomes are settled.

• Live betting: are accepted while the event is available in the system of the 11aq. The 11aq reserves the right to suspend or void live bets in the event of a technical failure or odds discrepancy.
• Event cancellations: if an event is cancelled before it starts, all related bets are refunded. If an event is interrupted after it has started and is not resumed or completed within 24 hours, bets may be voided or settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules.
• Odds errors: the 11aq reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error, even if those bets have already been accepted by the system.
• Multi-bets: if an event in a parlay is cancelled, the bet is recalculated without that event, with odds of 1.00 applied to that specific selection.

The 11aq monitors bets suspected of match-fixing in partnership with sports governing bodies. Any bets identified as part of manipulation schemes will be voided and the accounts involved will be closed, with the relevant authorities notified.

7Casino Games

The casino games available on the 11aq — slots, roulette, blackjack, poker, crash games, bingo, and Live Casino — are provided by certified suppliers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe. Each game's RTP (return to player) is listed in the game information, accessible before placing any bet.

Virtual game results are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) that is regularly audited by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA and iTech Labs. Each round is completely independent of previous ones — past results have no effect on future outcomes.

Live Casino games are streamed from professional studios with real dealers. The outcomes are determined by real physical events (card draws, the roulette ball) under continuous supervision. The 11aq has no control over the outcomes of live games.

8User Conduct

By using the 11aq, you agree not to:

• Using automation, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the platform in ways not intended or authorized.
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or probe vulnerabilities in 11aq without express written authorization.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to a third party.
• Using offensive, threatening, or discriminatory language in the live chat or any other communication channel with the 11aq.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform for personal gain without reporting it to support.

Violations of these conduct rules will result in immediate account suspension or closure, cancellation of bonus balances, and possible reporting to the relevant authorities depending on the severity of the infraction.

9Responsible Gambling

The 11aq believes that sports betting and casino games should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. That's why we provide built-in tools in your account dashboard to help you stay in control:

• Deposit limits: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, the limit can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limit: set up automatic alerts that notify you when you exceed your defined play time.
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months. During the pause, logging in, making deposits, and placing bets are not possible.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account. This action is irreversible and blocks any future registration attempt using the same CPF.

10Account Closure and General Provisions

You may request the closure of your account on the 11aq at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Before closure, any available real balance will be processed for withdrawal via the accepted payment methods. Bonus balances that have not been converted into real balance are forfeited with no right to a refund.

The 11aq may close or suspend your account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or at the direction of regulatory authorities. In cases of closure for cause, the 11aq reserves the right to withhold funds while the investigation is ongoing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the support of the 11aq shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in the user's place of residence, as required by the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

The invalidity of any clause in these terms does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. If any provision is deemed invalid by a court decision, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The failure of 11aq does not constitute a waiver of that right in future situations.
